REFUNDS & RETURNS
Change of Mind
There are no returns for change of mind or due to a painting not suitable or fitting your space. Please ensure you have selected the correct artwork and size for your intended space before purchase.
If you have any questions, or would like an example mockup of the painting on your wall, please send an enquiry to art@kristynadostalova.com or via the Contact page.
Damage in Transit
All artworks are insured while in transit. Insurance is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.
For any damage occurred in transit, please take detailed photographs and send it directly to art@kristynadostalova.com within 2 days of the delivery.
If the artwork arrives damaged, you can either be refunded in full, or purchase any other piece from my store.
The artwork must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to art@kristynadostalova.com.
