Availability

From time to time a painting may become unavailable for a number of reasons, such as the painting being displayed at an exhibition. I reserve the right to remove a product at any time without notice. If I cannot fulfil a product in your order due to circumstances out of my control, I will notify you as soon as possible, and either refund you your order for the unfulfilled product, or arrange an alternative painting or other product available in my shop to be sent to you after discussing with you.

Delivery

After ordering, you will receive a confirmation of your order with delivery address.

If you need to change the delivery address send me an email art@kristynadostalova.com with new address details. Please confirm any change of address within 24 hours from placing the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be given except in the case of damage during transit.

Delivery Fee Australia Wide

Delivery costs are free Australia Wide and no extra delivery fee is added to your order.

International shipping 

For international shipments, additional shipping costs will be added to the order summary.

Small sized paintings free shipping apply 

Medium sized paintings flat rate shipping fee $150 will apply

Large and extra large sized paintings flat rate shipping fee $300 will apply

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation enquiries must be received maximum of 24 hours from the purchase notice, before the artwork has been prepared for shipping. Artworks are usually prepared for shipping and dispatched 24-48 hours from the date of the purchase. 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be given outside of our Returns & Refunds policy.

Cancellation must be completed by emailing directly to art@kristynadostalova.com maximum of 24 hours from the purchase. 

 

Copyright

The artist reserves and retains all copyright and reproduction rights for all works.

All artworks and content on the Kristyna Dostalova website is legally protected by Australian & International copyright laws. 

It is not permitted to use photos of paintings for commercial purposes, without proper and prior permission from Kristyna Dostalova. Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Kristyna Dostalova retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of having sold the original image. If you have enquiry to use an image for commercial purposes, whether or not you now own the original artwork, please contact me at art@kristynadostalova.com or via the Contact page.
